Growing old has long been associated with a decline in physical and mental capabilities. As people age, it is common for them to experience a decrease in strength, agility, and coordination. Mental faculties such as memory, attention span, and cognitive speed may also begin to decline. This decline can result in feelings of frustration and helplessness, as well as a decreased ability to carry out daily tasks and activities. 

That’s the bad news. However, these changes are not inevitable and that there are many things that can be done to counteract them. This is my journey- an exploration of techniques and creating the proper mindset to improve the body and mind to counteract the effects of aging.
